Double clicking on a rental on Figure 4 will give a more detailed look at the calendar as follows:

Each day in the calendar will be one of the following colors:
- Green - Available
- Red - Not available, rented
- Yellow - Not Available, a lease is pending
- Crosshatched Yellow - Not Available, the lease has been signed by all parties
- Blue - Not Available, blocked out by owner
The calendar shown is for the current rental season (summer of 2003). The horizontal scroll buttons at the upper right will change the screen to the next season (summer of 2004) or the winter season or move the start month in either direction, two months at a time. The button labeled "LY" will change the screen to last season (summer of 2002).
Additional information on this screen include Turn Day, Minimum Stay, Monthly Rate and any Rate Comments such as "10% discount for 14 days or more."
