Once the agent has reviewed and selected the rentals for the customer, the agent can E-Mail data sheets to the customer by pressing "E-Mail" on Figure 4 and getting the following:

The agent is automatically notified when the customer has read the e-mail. A notification is also sent to the agent if the e-mail has not been read in 48 hours.

The agent may choose to print the data sheets (with transmittal letter) for mailing to the customer:
