Verify that this is the correct customer and double-click on the customer line to get:

The above screen is the same as the earlier "Enter Customer" screen. Notice that the rentals that were sent to him appear in the "CUSTOMER HISTORY" area. The agent can select the rental from the list and press "MAKE LEASE". If the rental is not in the list, just press "MAKE LEASE" and get:
