The final step is to print the transmittal letter to the customer. On the lease screen in Figure 21, press the "Cus 1" button and get:
 Figure 24 This letter and the other customer and owner letters will appear with your company letter head logo. Returning to the main lease screen (Figure 21), note that there is a button labled "E-Mail." This is used to e-mail renters and owners regarding the status of the lease as shown in the box below.
